Spiritual Wisdom

How good it is to see a man who seeks spiritual wisdom. Men, your presence matters. Imagine a generation of spiritual fathers leading the way in faith and worship; a man who leads his household through the example of his wise living. This Father’s Day, thank you to every dad, every mentor, every man giving himself to this work in Jesus’ name. We are praying for Godly wisdom for you in order that you can bring stability and blessing to everyone under your care.

The Weekly Prayer Project

Week 23: SPIRITUAL WISDOM

In 2026 we are following "The Weekly Prayer Project" - a challenge to journal, pray, reflect, and connect with God. Discover what God is doing in your life through a Scriptural promise each week. Be sure to pick up a book at the Welcome Center or request one at prayer@stpetersedina.org.

Fill out a Connect Card so we know you were with us and can provide answers to questions you may have. Please worship with us again soon.

Godly Homes…

where fathers shape the spiritual atmosphere.

"The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him." Proverbs 20:7

We support you dads!

St. Peter’s is praying for our family of faith because your home is located at the intersection of faith and real life.

Voter’s Assembly

It is the time of year when we look forward to our next ministry year! The Staff and Board of Directors have been preparing the Annual Ministry Plan and the Budget to accomplish it. We have seen God’s blessing on our Ministry year after year and know God has great things in store for us as we meet families at the intersection of faith and real life.

Please join us for the Voters’ Assembly at 11:00 on Sunday, June 21. We will briefly report on this past ministry year and celebrate our progress on paying down the roof loan. We look forward to sharing where God is directing us to invest our efforts in 2026-2027.

Enjoy a burger and My Burger will donate a dollar toward our facility

Join us for our next fundraiser night at My Burger in Edina. A portion of each purchase will go toward St. Peter’s facility improvements. We visit a restaurant every couple of months for some time together with other STP families along with a delicious dining experience. Pick up a card on the Event wall with more details. It will remind you of the June 30 dinner event.

This is a pivotal time for our Nation!

"If My people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14

When a nation is divided, to whom can we turn? Perfectly timed for our Nation’s 250th Anniversary, If My People is a prayer guide that will help you seek God’s blessing and guidance for the future of our country. Pastor Mark will lead us during the Sunday Bible Study time at 10:45am beginning next Sunday, June 28 through the Sundays in July. Please join us. Our Nation needs your prayers!

No St. Peter’s Worship July 5

America’s 250th! This will be a big celebration year. St. Peter’s will have a special patriotic celebration on June 28th the weekend before the holiday. The 4th is on Saturday. With the expectation of big celebrations, family gatherings and travel, we are encouraging people to be present in their communities / with their families. We will send everyone out with a document with suggestions of how to join Jesus on His mission with our neighbors in America. The Weekly Prayer Project theme that week is “Let Love Abound”. St. Peter’s will not gather for Sunday worship on July 5. Members can use their Prayer Project journal for some personal outdoor worship time and we will prepare a video message for your use that weekend. Enjoy a parade, go for a boat ride, listen to a concert, take in some fireworks, fire up the grill, and join Jesus on His mission!

War Room Screening & Brunch

The Jordans seemingly have it all - great jobs, a beautiful daughter, their dream home. But appearances can be deceiving. In reality, their marriage has become a war zone and their daughter is collateral damage. But with the help of Miss Clara, an older, wiser woman, Elizabeth discovers she can start fighting for her family instead of against them. With her newly energized faith, Elizabeth’s real enemy doesn’t have a prayer.

Join us on Sunday, August 2 after worship for brunch, followed by the showing of War Room - Prayer is a Powerful Weapon, downstairs in the St. Peter’s Theatre Room.

The movie lasts 120 minutes. Then the following 5 weeks, beginning August 9, our Sunday Bible Class will include short clips from the movie and discussion of challenging Scriptural lessons about the power of prayer.

May we add you to our weekly email list so that you get a reminder with a link and the weekly announcements as well?
